KL4 - Bungle Bungle Grand Adventure

Flying to the Bungle Bungle we pass some of the best Kimberley attractions Fitzroy River and King Leopold Ranges and Geikie Gorge.
On arrival at the Bungle Bungle (or Purnululu National Park) we over-fly the entire massif orange striped and bee-hive shaped rock formations. After landing at the strip, we transfer to a 4WD vehicle and drive to Cathedral Gorge. After walking* the length of Cathedral Gorge, lunch is served alongside a natural pool in the aptly named cathedral-style cavern.
Departure from the Bungle Bungle is around 2.30pm with a different direction flight routing on the return journey flying over Windjana Gorge. The flight arrives in Broome approximately 5.30pm.
*sure-footed and reasonable fitness required for this walk.
